About

I’m currently at Voyager Ventures working on an assortment of special projects across investing, narrative, and community.

When I was 21, I founded General Proxy (fka Godling), where I turned founders and fund managers into master storytellers. We incorporated the same day CNN declared COVID-19 as a pandemic and within six months, we hit 7-figures in revenue. Our work helped companies raise from a16z, Lowercarbon, USV, Paradigm, Lux, Kholsa, Lightspeed, and most of the major funds across the ecosystem. I’ve personally coached founders across 70+ raises and $2.5B+ in capital, and am proud of the team for breaking $4B+ collectively. For that work, Forbes honored me onto their 30 under 30 list in 2025.

A past iteration of General Proxy existed as a creative agency, which grew to 15+ people at its peak and served high growth startups (backed by a16z, Lowercarbon, Paradigm, First Round), top-decile venture funds (Floodgate, Voyager, Afore), public companies (PepsiCo), and private foundations (Ford Foundation).

For a year, I considered a career in finance and helped start a credit fund called Lafayette Square. I worked with the CEO to raise our first $100M, first as an Advisor, before he convinced me to join as their Director of Brand (employee #7). We grew to 90 over the next 10 months and raised $500M+. Ultimately, I realized that high finance wasn’t for me and left.

I had a stint trading NFTs (like many us). Traded $50k to $1M+ with a team of VAs scanning discords for alpha. Then traded $1M+ down to $50k (also like many of us). Mind slop, yet exceptionally thrilling.

The years before that was spent as a self-taught designer. I do little design now, and only for that and those I love. Otherwise, you can find my hands deep in forms built from rock and clay.

I’ve settled in NY. Though part of my heart is still in Florence with my art and in China with my grandparents.
